Yes. The student rate is $475 per person and is available to individuals currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program, including undergraduate, graduate, or principal preparation programs. 

To qualify, you must provide proof of current enrollment (such as a valid student ID) at the time of registration. This rate is intended for full-time students who are not currently serving in a full-time school leadership role.

Yes. Exhibit Hall daily passes may be purchased for $50 per day. 

Purchase orders are accepted as a payment method for registration for events only. Additional accepted payment methods are credit card and check. All purchase orders must be paid in full within 30 days of receipt. No purchase orders will be accepted after December 7, 2026.  

Your registration includes one lunch voucher, which can be used on Sunday or Monday in the exhibit hall during scheduled lunch hours. In addition, two ticketed luncheons will be offered on Sunday and Monday for those who would like to participate. Tickets for these luncheons may be purchased as an optional add-on during registration for $125 each.

All checks must be received by November 9, 2026. After November 9, 2026, all online registrations must be paid with credit card. 

Requests for cancelation must be submitted in writing to [email protected] by November 9, 2026. There is a $100 cancelation fee per registration. We allow cancelations until November 9, 2026. After November 9, no cancelations will be honored, only substitutions. Refunds will not be issued for no shows. 

Yes. Please indicate if you require special assistance in the appropriate area of your registration form. NPC staff will contact you to make any arrangements you may need at the conference.
